Your host Frans, a fishing enthusiast with many Irish specimens, offers a unique package combining deep sea, rock shore and lake/river fishing. We can arrange everything for fishing groups or individuals.

Deep Sea Fishing
Sneem is ideally located on the mouth of the Atlantic ocean, warmed by the Gulf Stream, and surrounded by spectacular mountain views. There are many species to be fished for, including conger eel, cod, pollack, ling, ray, skate, dog fish and many more.
Over the years Sneem, through the help of the O'Shea family of Rossdohan Pier, has established itself as an excellent deep sea fishing centre.

Shore and Rock Fishing
We have the magnificent Derrynane Beach on our doorstep, an excellent location for Sea Bass. Rock fishing is also possible along our extensive shoreline - catch a pollock or a ray!
Lake and River fishing
From Lough Brin in the mountains to Lough Currane in Waterville, our lakes and rivers are renowned for their salmon and trout. Boats and gillies are available for hire, as is plenty of advice from Frans, your host.
Our packages include:-
- transport from Cork/Shannon airport, and to and from the harbour
- boat hire with skipper
- dinner, bed and breakfast
- rod and reel hire, with lead and hooks
- packed lunches
- river and lake angling - gillies can be arranged
- shore and rock fishing - guides can be arranged
